Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times & Costs

New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • Cost: $6 (or free for orders over $120).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Any customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package has been delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@sunkissed.co.nz. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
